We manage the project from survey through to commissioning: heat-loss and cooling-load calculations, equipment selection, builders'-work coordination, pipework and ductwork installation, electrical interfacing and final commissioning to design.
Handover includes a full O&M pack, commissioning certificates, manufacturer registrations and a walkthrough with whoever's going to live with the system. Aftercare and service contracts are available from day one.

Common questions
- Do you handle the design as well as the install?
- Yes — design-and-build is our default. We can also work to a consulting engineer's specification when that's preferred.
- Are your installs covered by warranty?
- Equipment warranties depend on manufacturer — typically 2–10 years and registered on your behalf. Labour cover is confirmed in writing on the quote before work starts.
- Can you work alongside our main contractor?
- Absolutely. We're used to working as the M&E subcontractor on larger projects with clear programme deliverables.
