What we offer

Air Handling Units are the workhorse of commercial HVAC — and the part most often left to deteriorate quietly until it can't keep up any more. EcoTemp installs, services and overhauls rooftop, indoor and bespoke AHUs across the South of England.
Routine servicing covers filter changes, belt and bearing checks, coil cleaning, condensate management, motor and VSD inspection and a full set of airflow and pressure readings. We log everything against the asset so trends are visible and parts can be ordered ahead of failure.
Where an AHU is reaching end of life, we'll quote a like-for-like replacement, an upgraded thermal-wheel or plate-heat-exchanger unit, or in-situ refurbishment — whichever genuinely makes sense for the building.

Common questions
- How often should an AHU be serviced?
- Twice a year as a minimum for commercial AHUs; quarterly for high-duty or critical-environment units.
- Do you stock common AHU filters?
- Yes — our service vans carry common bag and panel filters, and we can pre-order bespoke filters before scheduled visits.
- Can you refurbish rather than replace?
- Often, yes. New coils, motors, drives, fans and bearings can extend AHU life significantly when the casework is sound.
